Your Initial Visit

  1. Arrive 30 minutes early to complete registration
  2. Bring all relevant imaging to your visit
  3. Expect at least a 30 minute visit with our physicians
  4. For more complex disease, a single visit frequently cannot accomplish all that is needed to be done. Additional visits for higher level imaging or an in-depth consultation may be required.
  5. At the conclusion of your initial visit you should have a clear understanding of the plan regarding your continued care
  6. A copy of our initial consultation report will be sent to your referring physician
